The storm that finally caught up with us

These are a few pictures of the snow in Ohio. I'm glad we made it here before the storm caught up with us in some remote area.

The first picture is of Becky and Scott shoveling their driveway. Notice that Gary and I are nice and warm inside the house.

The dogs refuse to go out in the snow by themselves, no matter how much they really need to. There is a little patch of ground under the deck but we hadn't shoveled a path there from the basement door, so the job of carrying them to their pee place fell on Gary this morning.

The trees are blanketed with snow, but not nearly as much snow accumulated here as farther east. Our friends and family members in Maryland report as much as two feet, with more to come.
